Welcome to haze. We’re a movement studio that isn’t bound by rules.

We want our members to move and breathe like humans are intended to, and we don’t believe in moving just one way. We’re inspired by our experience with Yoga, Pilates and weightlifting. We weave together a web of traditional movement practices, primal mobility and deep rest to create a special place where you are free to move how suits your body at all stages of life.

At haze, we’re interested in helping you feel strong in your daily life. We intend to help you feel good in your body, be that getting up 3 flights of stairs with your weekly shop, feeling capable whilst picking up a child, an animal or a heavy piece of furniture, or playing your favourite sport or hiking. It’s not about how you look or your one rep max; it’s how you feel that really matters.

Meet the Team behind haze.

  • I started practising Yoga in my bedroom as a teenager. With my growing love of the practice, I was inspired to complete my first Yoga teacher training in 2016. I have since undertaken additional Yoga, Personal training and anatomy courses, and I have worked at several Yoga and fitness studios across the country.

My focus within my classes and my own movement is always evolving. I still feel deeply rooted in my Yoga practice, but these days, it’s less physical, more sacred and beautifully personal. I have introduced other positive and meditative movements into my personal routine, such as strength training, mobility, running, and Pilates.

I aim to share how movement can be enjoyed in a calm, safe and welcoming space using my experience as a Yoga and movement teacher and my love for other movement modalities. I have been motivated by my own experiences of intimidating studios and gyms - the rules, expectations and trends within the fitness industry. In reality, the simpler it is, the more likely you are to keep doing it.

haze is a place that feels like home and where you are free to express your fullest self without judgement.
